Lesa Griffin
After 12 years running her own physical therapy practice, Lesa Griffin decided to take advantage of her husband’s 27 years of engineering by funding the startup of Atlantic Coast Consulting, Inc. (ACC). Mrs. Griffin’s decision to put her husband into business., proved to be a good move, as twelve additional engineers, geologists, and other professionals soon followed him to the new company as did several of their existing clients. As Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors and majority stock holder, Mrs. Griffin is directly involved in the day to day financial decisions of the company and approves any significant purchases or strategic initiatives. Ms Griffin manages the company’s health care and other personal benefits, assists with the company’s business development efforts and report production.
