Scott Callaway

Scott Callaway is a Vice-President and the Discipline Manager of Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) at ACC. He has a Civil Engineering Degree from Georgia Tech and over 17 years of experience in CQA and Construction Administration Engineering (CAE). He specializes in the construction of solid and hazardous waste landfills, waste impoundments, leachate collection and force main systems, and landfill closure systems.

His experience includes on-site and office management of over 140 solid and hazardous waste landfill cells in 16 states across the country and Puerto Rico. In fulfilling these duties, Mr. Callaway has managed the placement of over 20 million cubic yards of low permeability clay liner and structural fill materials, 15 million cubic yards of granular fill material, 60 million square feet of high density polyethylene geomembrane material, 40 million square feet of geotextile material, 40 million square feet of geonet material, and 15 million square feet of geosynthetic clay liner material. In addition, Mr. Callaway has prepared numerous as-built certification reports for landfill construction and closure projects.
